The Process ::

Let's Get this Party Started

We have developed this invitation/stationery process with great flexibility and, most importantly, to provide you with the superior customer service that you deserve.

  1. Contact Me.
    Prior to consultation we ask that you complete the Details About Your Event Questionnaire. This step is important and is a required part of the invitation process.
  2. Let’s Collaborate.
    OK! Now it’s time to review all of your needs and wants. We’ll schedule a time and chat (via phone or Skype) about all the details of the project, including your budget. After a bit of number crunching, we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate.
  3. Where the Magic Happens.
    If the price is right and you would like to move forward, we ask that you invest a 50% non-refundable down payment (deposit), review and sign the invitation contract. Expect to receive the design concepts in 5-7 business days via email. Together we will work through the revision process until you have a final product that you absolutely adore. A total of three complimentary proofs are included, however, additional revisions will incur an extra charge.
  4. The Finale.
    We will create a prototype and deliver it via mail and upon final approval the order will go to print. This is the final step before you receive your goodies. Orders take 10 to 15 business days to be delivered. Please keep in mind that this turnaround time does not include the proofing process which may vary by client. Your order will be fully assembled and packaged with lots of TLC! Final payment is due before shipment.

Timing: Every client has unique needs, so timing will vary depending on the production details. Before the products are ordered, we will discuss timelines for delivery. Typical delivery time is 7-10 weeks from the time we begin the design process. If you need this rushed, we may be able to accommodate you.

Pricing: Like every fingerprint is unique, your event paper goods are as well, therefore making it challenging to provide you with exact pricing. Our goal is to create your vision and stay within your budget. Generally, custom a la carte invitations start at $80 and a custom invitation suites start at $600.
